Master group & private guitar classes taught by Brazilian / Classical guitarists Freddie Bryant & Richard E Miller, the Iyengar based yoga with the amazing Rosa Lopez Santana, optional surfing lessons and Tai Chi, plus every attendee gets a one-on-one healing Thai Massage by Soul Fit’s very own Cassie Fireman! All this plus 2 meals a day and lodging for only $2200!

In this workshop we examine a grounded, realistic approach to wellness from an experiential perspective. We’ll explore how downtime, sleeping, self care and necessary factors for wellness have a huge impact on revolutionary work in the world. We replace the model of “burnout” to being a tender of your own well being. In this workshop, we will work with you to create an embodied vision of wellness through exploring writing, meditation and movement exercises that will have you Soul Fit and ready to achieve your highest level of leadership and creative potential.

These workshops are available in your workplace or favorite oasis.

Our weekly residency at Press Tea* continues THIS SUNDAY, JUNE 8th

with FREE YOGA* (donations accepted)
*every 1st, 2nd & 3rd Sunday of the month.

The LAST Sunday of every month is
“Thai Me Up” (partner Thai Yoga Massage) led by Cassie Fireman!

Just show up this Sunday with comfortable clothes and a mat!
(we have extra mats for those of you who don’t have your own)
